Before noon:

We go out to experience the neighborhood with a playful manner, following the popular Scandinavian Skogsmulle/Metsämörri character. Katriina will lead you as children of the forest for a Metsämörri trail, getting to know each other and the surroundings.

Ian Banyard From Cotsswolds Natural Mindfulness takes us for a walk and tells us all about his method of Natural Mindfulness, a state of being he discovered already as a boy and is now teaching to loads of people across the UK and increasingly throughout the world, in order for us to find our true nature.

Collecting medicinal herbs  by Vitalija Povilaityte-Petri. Forest is full of nature’s medicines. We also collect herbs for a cleansing sauna.
