Forest Therapy Days

Retreat Program

The IFTD retreat program will consist of four elements – sharing, learning, experiencing and nurturing – which are the building blocks of every day. The program below may still go through some slight chances (e.g. additions, some activities may be moved to another spot), but the core of the program stays as it is portrayed here.

There will also be possibilities to experience the surrounding nature through visual arts and music, storytelling and other creative ways.
